i had a bike wreck last night. but i'm ok. kinda scraped up and such.

now at least i don't have to worry about having my first wreck since biking in college... although i am a little concerned now about having a more serious accident (involving another vehicle or higher speeds).

i wish i could spend this entire day reading, drinking tea and/or coffee, eating soup and sandwiches, watching a movie, napping, and hanging out with one to three friends.

small groups of people, relative silence and darkness, relaxation, education.... mmmm

actually, i guess it's made of a lot more than that, such as being in a computer lab on campus and getting ready to go to work.

procrastination is key.
i have an exam at 8 am, so i didn't start studying until tonight. i hope it'll be ok. i wanna drop this class anyways... kind of. but then i'd fell like a quitter. and i'd have to take 18 hours my last semester. it could happen, but i'd hate to hate my life for those months....

i'm also looking for a second job. i might be waiting tables sometime soon...

aaand, i'm gonna do some volunteering (prolly starting in september) with a program called Jovenes Sabias (working with 7th and 8th grade hispanic girls, to help them value themselves, to prevent teen pregnancy and the spread of stds via education, and to love them): could definitely be rad.

might be going to boone this weekend... there's a daily bus between gboro and boone, so i want to take advantage of that. today was cool and fresh, and i realized how great it'll be in the mountains! :)

that might be partially because i still have to finish my homework before i go to them.
and because i need to get more sleep than i have this week.

is this really my last year doing homework, though? my roommate suggested that, and i'm not yet sure how i feel about it....
